Business Analyst

The Global Expansion team is looking for an outstanding hands-on Data Analyst to shape our data-driven culture.

What you’ll be doing:
You will be a member of the Global Expansion team, partnering directly with Business Development, Finance, and Product to drive data-driven business decisions. You will evaluate payment systems and measure performance, analyze costs across the business and identify areas for improvement. You will be part of a team working to continue developing a culture that balances intellectual rigour with decisiveness.

You will use statistical learning techniques to derive actionable insights from data. You will give high quality presentations to senior leadership and give decisive recommendations for actions based on data-driven analysis. Your work will matter. Businesses will succeed because of your partnership and constant push to find actionable insights.

Specific areas of ownership include, but are not limited to:

• Manage current processing and gateway operational & technical relationships
• Manage & optimize payments performance; authorization rates, costs, payments features.
• Identify opportunities for emerging payment methods in existing and future origination corridors
• Analyze Cost of Sales across geos, identifying opportunities and driving cost reduction.

Who we are looking for:
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience using qualitative and quantitative analysis. You have experience building statistical models and exposure to business analytics.

You can communicate data-based decisions to individual contributors as well as leadership. You are able to articulate clearly your thinking and decision making process. You are able to manipulate data using a variety of tools such as Excel and statistical programming environments like R, Python and/or SQL.

And, you have the desire to grow, partner with others to solve problems and continuously learn new things.
