This position wil work closely with our Business Operations Managers to ensure accurate, timely reporting of key performance metrics and will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Business Units, and Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Create reports and analyze weekly data against key performance metrics (financial, operational, and market related)
• Coordination and communication of sales compensation metrics/plans, quarterly
• Drive executive reporting on key performance metrics monthly
• Ad hoc reporting for the Business Operations team, as necessaryThe

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Internship in a corporate environment
• Strong Powerpoint and Excel skills
• Comfortable in a collaborative team environment
• Strong attention to detail with organizational, planning, and time management skills
