The applicant should be creative and have strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates have relevant business systems analyst experience with superior oral and written communication skills, a client service focus, as well as an ability to define problems and implement a complex solution in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Working with Engagement Management software and applications, preferrably with Verint EM packages
  • Working with call center personnel to develop technology and EM solutions
  • Analyzing data and IT/systems to derive business and functional level requirements
  • Writing functional level requirements and specs
  • Assessing and improving the effectiveness of IT portfolio management and demand management processes
  • Identifying, defining, developing and implementing improvements to project/financial reporting and monitoring processes and procedures
  • Developing tool requirements for delivering project/financial reporting and monitoring * Monitoring people, process, and technology requirements within the service delivery function.
  • Driving the implementation and embedding of process, methods and best practice into service delivery activities for the function
  • Working with the global resource and vendor management teams on staff requirements and reporting.
  • Working with the service delivery teams to prioritize customer demand into functional requirements
  • Improving communications, content and transparency of information with key stakeholders
  • Monitoring program/project baselines to ensure activities are occurring as planned – scope, budget and schedule
  • Proactively identifying risks and issues on IT programs/projects – advising team on the development of risk management and issue management plans

Professional Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:

  • Significant experience mapping interfaces from administration systems
  • Experience with interfaces to and from EM applications
  • Prepare mappings for hand-off to technical implementation team
  • End to end understanding of IT life cycle (pipeline, resource, demand, project delivery, financial)
  • Experience in end-to-end financial management – plan, forecast, actual – function, portfolio and program/project levels
  • Project delivery/ management experience in a similar IT environment * Advanced analytical problem solving skills
  • Experience translating, developing, and writing business and user requirements
  • Attention to detail and perseverance to completion
  • Strong organization/time management skills
  • Strong relationship building between internal customers, vendors and employees
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – ability to interact with all levels
  • Able to deal constructively with change
  • Impeccable relationship management
  • Business Process Improvement knowledge and experience a plus
  • Advanced level Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel skills

Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Significant experience with Engagement Management practices, software, and applications required, preferrably with Verint EM packages
  • Experience with call centers and call center technology required
  • College Degree required
  • M.S., M.A., or M.B.A graduate level degree a plus
  • Project Management Training/Certification such as PMI’s Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 a plus

Minimum Experience:

  • 10 years of work experience
  • 5+ years of BA experience
  • 5+ years of relevant Engagement Management experience
