What You’ll Do

You will help us transform the way we make business decisions with data and support us in our digital transformation.

Who You’ll Work With

You will be an integral part of the Business Operations team supporting Cisco Global Workplace Resources by allowing them to enhance the management of their business through robust data analytics. Workplace Resources manages all of Cisco’s real estate and onsite facility services. We have approximately 500 locations across the globe. The Business Operations is a close knit team with a variety of skills and experience. We are located across the globe, but primarily in RTP and San Jose. Due to the wide variety of expertise, along with great team spirit and mutual support we enjoy, we have achieved a lot over the last couple of years, and we are excited to move Workplace Resources to the next level of automation and digitization.

Who You Are

You have a degree in Data analytics / Digital science or equivalent with minimum 2 years’ experience in equivalent role. You are able to assimilate and communicate effectively with data, as well as analyze and develop reports with user experience data. You are an expert in using Excel and have used reporting tools such as Tableau and you have experience manipulating data. You are comfortable working with people across different teams to identify and define their data requirements as well as identify the optimal way to capture the required data. You possess strong communication and collaboration skills, along with proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations related to data. Your experience in conducting thorough analysis of data also includes the ability to identify risk mitigation plans. Your understanding of data requirements and optimal data sources allows you to identify opportunities for automation.
