Current Need

Position Profile:
This role is to ensure clients are fully leveraging the functionality of McKesson’s Strategic Supply Sourcing (MSSS) solution. The person in this role will assist with the deployment of MSSS, serve as the voice of the customer to Product Management, analyze customer data to identify savings opportunities and conduct quarterly business reviews to monitor key metrics. This role will require you to understand the issues and challenges our customers face. You will be advising them in a consultative role to help solve their pain points, identify potential savings opportunities and drive efficiency with the deployment of MSSS.

Job Description:
Serves as overall customer relationship owner fostering a trusted advisor relationship

Participates in key customer meetings during the deployment and post deployment

Conduct quarterly business reviews

Maintains relationship with customer Project Sponsor

Reviews customer value analysis processes and provides recommendations based on MSSS

Analyze customer spend and contract data to identify and maximize savings opportunities

Identifies areas of potential savings, develop monitoring metrics, and works with the customer to review

Assists customer with detailed data merges, if necessary

Assists customer with high level process reviews current and future state to align with best practices

Provides customer education on normalized/optimized data

Works with customer to gather and load all contracts

Creates scorecards and conducts quarterly business reviews to identify areas of potential savings

Maintains detailed knowledge of the product and all configuration options

Identifies and works with customer to be a reference sites

Ensures customer satisfaction for renewal of contract after initial term

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

8+ years experience in designing, building, and implementing business solutions which may include using information technology. Significant experience in project management, requirements definition and/ or deployment of business requirements to information systems.

Critical Skills

5+ years’ experience in management consulting.

Experience in hospital supply chain desired.

Proven experience and understanding of healthcare contracting process (GPO, Supplier and Manufacturer Contracts)

Experience with healthcare MMIS solutions

Additional Knowledge / Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers and department staff

Distinctive problem solving and project management skills

Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with top hospital leadership

Must be able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented and thorough

High level of analytical ability

Education

4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience

Physical Requirements

up to 75% travel
