Building Automation Technical Manager

Selected candidate will have five or more years experience as a Sr. HVAC Controls Technician, Project or Operations Manager in the Commercial HVAC/DDC industry. Position requires teamwork with a select startup group as you help build the branch. You will provide sales support to ensure success of the growth initiatives. This is a hands on Management role that, in the beginning, will require working in the office as well as in the field as needed.

Requirements:
Five or more years experience as a Sr. Technician, Project Engineer or Project Manager in the Building Automation Controls industry

Experience programming and servicing Building Automation Systems

Verifiable track record of consistently meeting budget objectives of assigned projects

Ability to provide spec review, revenue forecasting, final technical review, definition and adherence to work process, manpower scheduling, sales support, estimate review, and customer satisfaction.

Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug screen and background check.

Electrical or mechanical engineering degree preferred, but not required.
