Bridge Engineer (entry-level)

LOCHNER, a leader in transportation engineering, is currently seeking a local applicant Entry Level Bridge Engineer for its Boise Office.

Responsibilities

• Work under an experienced professional engineer to perform assignments that require bridge design, analysis, calculations, and cost and quantity estimates.

Qualifications

• 0 to 3 years of bridge design experience.
• EIT required.
• PE License preferred.
• M.S. in Structural Engineering required. Consideration will be given to applicants currently working on M.S. degree.
• Working knowledge of Microstation and typical structural design and analysis software preferred.
• Applicant must be able to work well as a member of a design team and independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
