Specific responsibilities as a Breakfast Attendant include:

• Ensure the cleanliness and neatness of the breakfast area.

• Set up breakfast food items, silverware, and beverages.

• Remove dirty dishes, clean tables, wash dishes, and replenish plates and silverware as needed.

• Breakdown breakfast items at completion of breakfast, and put away all items in an organized manner. * Follow detailed cleaning checklist for daily cleaning projects.

• Take monthly inventory of supplies.

• Fully knowledgeable of personal procedures and their role as it relates to the hotel. * Fully knowledgeable of fire and safety procedures.

• Perform any other duties upon request.
