Townsquare Media Bozeman is looking for a Brand Manager/AM drive host for News/Talk AM 1450 that has actively developed market leading radio stations & brands.

Candidate must:

• Show by example the importance of the relationship between station and the local community.
• Be extremely creative in the development of unique content, promotions and multi-media strategies.
• Positively balance their vision for a radio station with the needs of the business.
• Help extend their brands in a marketplace and understand the significance of that for station performance.
• Breath personality, understand the right balance of topics, news and lifestyle for the target and considers social networking and digital platforms as the key to the future and leverage that to the station’s advantage.
• Relentlessly create an environment of constant creation & implementation of dual purpose ideas that grow ratings and revenue.
• Win in a competitive landscape with enthusiasm, high standards for themselves and those who work for them.
• Have creativity, heart, passion and intelligence.
