Brand Management Coordinator

– is responsible for working with the Sr. Director of Brand Development supporting the day-to-day management of all food and beverage marketing initiatives. Great communication skills, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset to work with others across multiple disciplines in the organization are skills you will draw on every day to tackle this high-energy, high-visibility position.

Responsibilities:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Support implementation of creative marketing opportunities to support planned promotions and core menu offerings: limited time doughnut offerings, limited time beverage offerings, special one-day in-shop events. Partner with the consumer insights team to understand the market and consumer climate to evaluate marketing opportunities and analyze outcomes of marketing activities. Support creative ways to enhance marketing efforts around core menu items. Learn how to write creative briefs and project scopes for brand development and promotional projects and execute with supervision. Support the brand development team in the ideation and implementation of an annual calendar of limited time offerings (doughnuts and beverages) and events. Support day-to-day management of the collectibles program with supervision Ensure inventory levels are sufficient Maintain quality standards and competitive pricing of all items Regularly evaluate competitive offerings and industry trends against our offerings to ensure items remain relevant and desirable Partner with creative resources to get designs executed

Qualifications:
Essential skills and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or agency background preferred

1-3 years of hands-on experience with QSR or brand experience a strong plus

Astute ability to build and maintain positive and effective relationships with marketing team, other internal departments and outside agency(s) and rally those audiences towards a common goal

Self-motivated with a can-do spirit; always ready to lead and to learn

Exceptional project management skills with the ability to translate large, complex projects into thoughtful, thorough and actionable plans

Proven ability to effectively multi-task, managing numerous projects and adapting to shifting priorities

Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in a high-pressure environment

Well organized with an exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management skills

Comfortable working independently and making decisions using sound judgment and discretion

Strong command of Microsoft Office products
