Brand Ambassador

The EVOLVERs are a group of active, personable and knowledgeable individuals tasked to provide unique, interactive and educational consumer experiences regarding the functional benefit of Evolve in order to drive brand, trial and loyalty as well as increase distribution.

Team members must be passionate about health, fitness and the Evolve Brand, sharing their knowledge and enthusiasm with both new and existing consumers. EVOLVERs will report to the Switch Project Manager but take day to day direction from Area Marketing Manager (AMM).

Requirements

  • :

    • must have own vehicle and insurance

    • must be at least 18 years old, have had a valid drivers license for three years and be eligible to work in the United States

    • must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug test

    • must provide proof of attending a driver safety program (if under 21)

    • experience an understanding of consumer promotions and field based events

    • knowledge of the local market, local current events, and surrounding areas

    • must have daily access to a computer with Microsoft office, a printer, working internet connection, and e-mail account

    • flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

    • must be available to work various shifts in a 24 hour period; projected to work part-time 10 to 25 hours per week

    • must be physically fit and able to perform job duties listed below:

    • • ability to lift 50 lbs, load, set up, execute and tear down promotional items multiple times dail
    • • must be able to stand and remain mobile for extended periods of time during event sampling and instore activations
  • • must have a cell phon
  • • must possess a clean-cut, active, natural appearance with no excessive exposed tattoos or piercings while representing Evolv
  • • BS/BA & experience in CPG industry


EVOLVE Core Responsibilities

  • • embrace and understand brand and categor
  • • 70% sales focus (instore product demonstrations, staff education, etc.
  • • 30% marketing focus (influencer seeding and event sampling
  • • build and maintain relationships with territory sales counterparts including but not limited to brokers, distributors, office staff and operations to maximize brand potentia
  • • complete weekly recap of activit
  • • work with sales managers for placement of shippers, soft POS and other merchandising items as directed, while eliminating out of stock
  • • identify and communicate opportunities in influencer accounts/routes/priority ‘A’ account
  • • communicate successes, competition trends, deals, product introductions, potential accounts, resets and demo opportunities via weekly sales recap
  • • reports to and communicates at all times with AMM and Switch manage
  • • communicate full product attributes to public during instore demos and event
  • • embrace, understand, and implement the Evolve brand strateg
  • • suggest to AMM opportunity for future missions and event
  • • contribute solutions and direction to best complete market goal
  • • maintain accuracy of product inventory and all program equipmen
  • • responsible for reporting time, expenses, and other daily/weekly/monthly paperwork as needed to Switch manage
  • • must stay in compliance with the EVOLVE Uniform Guidelines at all time
