Role Description

Management of branch to ensure targets and administrative/financial standards are met/ exceeded, rules and regulations adhered to, staff managed and developed.

Key result areas :
Ensure branch meets/exceeds targets (loan out/loan in/overdue/blacklist/funeral plans)

Ensuring management of branch books with regards incoming cash and balancing of books and the system

Management and development of staff according

Manage adherence to relevant policy and procedure

Develop and manage marketing initiatives at branch level

Compliance with rules and regulations (financial systems and personal conduct) and legislative requirements

Reporting on branch results/performance

Developing customer database
