Bookkeeper/Office Manager

We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager to play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our company. We are in need of someone to manage all bookkeeping and payroll functions, and to assist in all administrative functions of the business. That could include database management, job set-up, new client intake, office management, and technology troubleshooting.

This person would have the very important job of coordinating with clients, sales staff, construction crew, and the owner. We are a small to medium-sized company, so this position is an integral part of the team. Timely, effective, positive communication and organization are essential. This is a full-time, long-term career opportunity!

  • Minimum 2-5 years full charge bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive

  • Strong organizational, communication, and planning skills
  • Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour
