Bookkeeper

Valley of the Flowers Landscaping, Inc., a premier boutique landscaping firm based in Bozeman, is looking for a skilled bookkeeper. For us, the right candidate will have superb attention to detail, excellent organizational systems, high quality written, listening, and verbal skills and a proven track record of being self-directed.

As the bookkeeper, you’ll be tracking all types of business finances, doing payroll and keeping all records up to date. Specific activities include: accounts payable, receivables, invoicing, paying vendors, accurately filing receipts and tracking job costs.

This business, owned by a husband and wife team for over a decade, really cares about its employees and its customers. Customer service, whether internal or external, comes first.

To be highly successful, familiarity with Quickbooks and general financial knowledge is needed. Several years of college accounting and/or a year of bookkeeping/accounting in a small business is necessary. If you describe yourself as efficient, a self-starter, well-organized, disciplined and able to work alone, you have the characteristics that we require.
