Benefits Communications and Outreach Manager

This position is responsible for management of the planning, development, implementation, and assessment of a broad-based communications and outreach program to ensure that employee and retiree benefits, as well as the wellness program and its components are appropriately communicated to target audiences. Incumbent manages and coordinates the concept and development of benefits and wellness program materials, promotions, and outreach efforts, and partners with benefits vendors, consultants, colleagues, and others as needed to develop ensure program goals and objectives are met.

The grade/DBM for this position is 104.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree HR, Communications, or a related degree
• Four year of experience in communication and promoting of employee benefits and wellness programs,
• Experience in public relations and marketing preferred
• Valid Driver’s License.
