Primary Duties:
Responsible for addressing customer service calls for SSNPT business unit

Assist with client issues proactively, efficiently and to the satisfaction of the client

Exemplify empathy, patience, and sympathy when communicating with clients

Maintain professionalism while speaking with clients, including diffusing escalation of client issues

Monitor client inquiries and requests while following governing guidelines

Address client distribution requests, approvals, and denials

Serve as liaison with SSNPT strategic partner

Assist with clerical related duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating related to new and existing trust accounts

Assist SSNPT Coordinator during initial trust establishment process

Work closely and collaborate with SSNPT Coordinator and SSNPT Operations Manager in delivering and maintaining excellent customer service

Requirements/Qualities:
Bilingual preferred: Spanish and English

Education: completed or expected bachelor’s degree

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

Interpersonal skills

Listening skills

Maintain patience, sympathy, empathy

Problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook

Experience in Legal field
