Bathroom Design & Sales Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Home Improvement Design and Sales Consultant to join our remodeling team. If you love a challenge and have experience in kitchen and/or bathroom sales this is your chance to expand your creativity and build a rewarding career with a strong established company. The initial focus of this position will be on the bathroom remodeling side of our business with long term opportunity in the kitchen. Experience in the bathroom or kitchen is a plus, but not a must. If you’re a self starter that’s willing to learn, practice hard and compete, we can teach you.

Requirements:
Job Responsibilities Include:

• Design and Sales of Bathroom Remodel Projects.
• Working with the Production Department to estimate and facilitate the full cycle production process for all bath projects from inception to completion.
• Maintaining knowledge of bathroom products.
• Promoting the bathroom program.
• Coordinating and leading educational events for consumers and trade professionals.

Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates should have kitchen and/or bathroom sales experience and be able to thrive in a team environment. Sales skills are a must and project management experience is highly desirable but not required. We are looking for highly organized professional individuals that are passionate about design, creative problem solvers, and success driven.

The ideal Bathroom Design and Sales Consultant will also have:

• In-Home Sales Experience.
• Experience with base plus commission compensation.
• Bachelor or Associate’s Degree in relative field a plus.
• 2-3 years of kitchen and/or bathroom design and sales experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word and experience using email
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong grasp of technology (computers, smart phones, tablets, etc.)
• Ability to communicate professionally with staff and customers in a courteous, tactful and concise manner
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and improve skills
