Bartender

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest experience at the bar and prepare exquisite cocktails consistently according with our menu. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Good Servers will provide professional and warm service to patrons at all seats (indoor, outdoor and at the bar)

Responsibilities (Bartenders)

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
  • Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations

    • Skills

  • Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
  • Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
  • Knowledge of a second language is a plus
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
  • Relevant training certificate

  • Bartending: 2 years (Required)

    • Job Duties:

  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele
  • Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift
  • Clean the bar and the surrounding area of spills and other messes as needed
  • Other duties as requested
