B2B Regional Sales Manager

AIMS, Inc. is a 40 year old, privately owned, highly
successful software company located in Monroe, Louisiana that specializes in developing
industry specific accounting software for the wholesale petroleum distributor.

We are seeking professional sales people with
direct sales experience in a B2B environment.

Locations

• Louisiana – Ideal Location
  
• Atlanta, GA
• Will consider other cities in the Southeast
  

Compensation/Benefits:

• Base salary between $30,000 and $40,000 depending on your experience
• Target earnings year one is between $60,000 and $70,000
  
• 401K and profit sharing

Sales Responsibilities:

• Close new opportunities, maintain and
  grow an existing client base
• Help clients recognize how AIMS’ software
  will boost their operational performance and profitability
• Participate in all aspects of the sales cycle
  including lead generation, qualification, demonstrations, proposals, executive
  meetings, negotiations and follow-up after closing

Experience :

• B2B experience (2+ years) successfully selling technical solutions by prospecting,
  qualifying, developing, and closing business with complex sales cycles
• Ability
  to clearly understand and articulate business issues and solutions and
  negotiate at a senior management level
• Accounting
  background a plus

Skills:

• Strong
  verbal and written communication skills
• Competence
  in the use of modern tools of selling including Microsoft Office tools, web
  conferencing, email and the telephone
• Ability
  to work independently, as well as part of a larger team
• BA/BS or
  equivalent experience required
• Ability
  & willingness to travel
