Aviation Product Specialist – Aviation Background Required

TRAX USA CORP., a Maintenance and Engineering software solution for the airlines, is seeking experienced aviation professionals (Technical Records, Engineering, Maintenance, Software implementation, etc)., as well as computer skills for customer support and training for our Aircraft maintenance product.This is an entry level position with excellent advancement opportunities.

Travel and a valid Passport required. Must be able to work shifts for our 24 hours/ 7 days schedule to support our customers.

Located in South Florida (sorry, no relocation assistance provided). Product Specialists act as a liaison between the Programming Department and the Airline customer.

Responsibilities include : * Identify, research, and resolve technical problems. * Respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. * Track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

Job Requirements The ideal candidate will learn our products, assist in the development of documentation, conduct training, and deliver customer service.
