Associate Technical Writer

Position Summary

The Associate Technical Writer works within the QASymphony Product Management team to work on User Guides, Training Videos, and Knowledgebase Articles across all QASymphony products. This is an entry-level position.

Responsibilities

• Work with Product Managers to define documentation roadmap and priorities.

• Work with BA’s and Developers to deliver new documentation concurrent with new product and feature releases.

• Improve existing user guides to increase effectiveness.

• Create new content such as videos and knowledgebase articles to improve user self-service.

Candidate Must Have The Following

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Extra Credit If Candidate Has

• Familiarity with software testing tools and processes.

• Technical understanding.

• Experience developing training videos or other training material.

• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
