Associate Integration Analyst

The Associate Integration Analyst is responsible for inbound and outbound data integration projects involving EDI, XML, and other structured data being transmitted via FTP, API or web services.

The Associate Integration Analyst will work closely with project coordinators, business analysts, and software engineers both internally and customer-facing to design and deliver customizable data integration solutions. As needed, this role will also own and perform customer-specific product configurations using internal tools.

Responsibilities
The essential responsibilities of the Associate Integration Analyst are to.

Data Integration:

  • Perform data integrations with a full understanding of customer requirements, internal mapping tools, and third-party software.
  • Orchestrate the entire scope of the data integration lifecycle for a customer, including receipt, mapping, business logic application, storage, security, and delivery.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on insurance enrollment data interchange and the Connecture internal tools and processes that enable it.
  • Support existing integration deliverables and be prepared to troubleshoot or reconfigure as customer or product needs evolve.
  • Assist the development team in suggesting new features and functionality to make the integration process more efficient or flexible.

Product Configuration:

  • Build, configure, and maintain client web based applications using internal administrative tools.
  • Perform quality assurance testing of site configurations and client data.

Coordination and Communication:

  • Act as an operational intermediary between client-facing teams and internal development teams for issues related to data integration lifecycle.
  • Communicate data file requirements to business and technical contacts (external or internal).
  • Manage multiple implementations at once.
  • Maintain documentation of current processes.
  • Create new documentation and processes as business needs evolve.
  • Facilitate client training sessions.

Accountability and Reporting:

  • Comply with all status reporting, time tracking, and process communication requirements.
  • Deliver projects work within established deadlines.
  • Clearly communicate upward any project work that is at-risk of not meeting deadlines or falling short of the promised scope.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Up to 2+ years’ experience with group eligibility and enrollment
  • Basic understanding of health and insurance benefits
  • Strong organizational skills necessary to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks within a specified time-frame
  • Strong problem solving and written and verbal communication skills: we work as a team, everyone needs to be able to communicate effectively with internal colleagues and externally with clients and vendors.
  • Solid knowledge of Excel and/or Access
  • Familiarity and expertise with vendor specification documents
