Utilizing SAP and a hand-held terminal you will be responsible for the picking, packing, receipt, of biological materials as well as non-biological materials. You will be part of a team that processes shipments of different temperature ranges that are shipped domestically as well as internationally.

What will you do?

Primary functions are order-picking, unboxing, wipe down, and issuance of materials for use in Brammer Bio’s cGMP compliant laboratories and manufacturing facility. Includes materials stored at refrigerated (2-8°C) and ultra-low temperatures (-80°C and liquid nitrogen vapor (-130°C)). Participate in inventory maintenance activities such as reorganization and physical counts. Work includes the use of an electronic inventory management system including handheld barcode scanners. Coordinate with multiple departments to prioritize activities based on production schedules and urgent needs. Complete all work in compliance with cGMP regulations and established Brammer Bio procedures including contemporaneous documentation of all activities in legible English. Work independently and with team members to complete all tasks each day including receipt of materials, product distribution, and shipping. Data entry using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Access, Excel) is required as well as email communication using Outlook. This position may require contact with human blood or other potentially infectious materials (OPIM) and Human Pathogen Research (BSL2+/BSL3). Work hours are 8 am to 5 pm however hours may be adjusted as business requirements and needs change to support business functions. The ability to work overtime when necessary to meet business objectives and project timelines.

Through training and instruction to ensure candidate is put in a position to succeed. To have a clear path and expectation of all duties and functions. Training will be through different applications such as Compliance Wire, Work Instructions, ETQ, classroom led course (when applicable).
