Responsibilities
Primary purpose and function of this position

Lead the SAP technical operations team of the Enterprise SAP global program in Teva.

Major duties and responsibilities

• Work closely with the program functional teams to understand the derived technical requirements.
• Plan long term and short term technical activities that are needed for the successful implementation of the Enterprise program
• People manager and leader of the Enterprise technical operations team. Ensuring that the team resources are utilized efficiently for the execution of the team’s role. Professionally developing the team members in technical expertise and service excellence.
• Mange the entire technical operations of a global program spanning from US to Europe and Asia.
• Working closely with various technical service providers: the IT Operations organization providing the platform and SAP basis services, SAP support organization to manage the standard and premium services, the various system integrators and the AMS provider.
• Making sure that the technical operations are strictly adhering to standard operating procedures, work instructions and GxP regulations in a pharma company. This includes working closely with QA and compliance organizations.
• Leading the implementation of the Enterprise SAP landscape and maintaining its relevance to the program plans by making adjustments as needed
• Making sure services provided to the program by the various technical service providers are meeting SLA and quality.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team members.
• Lead various activities such as system and client copies, system downtimes, etc.
• Responsible for implementation and maintenance of various project tools such as ChaRM and Informatica
• Reporting to the Enterprise solutions architect

Qualifications
Education and Knowledge Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• At least 7 years of hands on experience with SAP Basis
• At least 3 years of experience as a SAP technical services lead for a large SAP deployment.
• Experience in leading a team of SAP basis professionals.
• Experience in a GxP regulated company. Pharma company – strong advantage
• Global experience – an advantage
