The Associate Development Program is a 36 month program developed to provide the necessary skills, knowledge, attitudes, guidance and practical experience required to prepare trainees for future placement within the Bank. The Associate Development Program was founded in 2016.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Participate with a team of other Associate Development Trainees
  • Rotate, job shadow, train and work within 4-5 core departments of the bank
  • Research, present and execute key projects
  • Participate in a variety of engaging training and development sessions
  • Interact with seasoned professionals and all levels of management
  • Participate in a community service project with “Team Columbia”
  • Network at Bank sponsored social functions

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • May 2017 or recent graduates;
  • Strong interest in the banking and finance industry;
  • Anticipated degree in relations to business;
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of Bank personnel;
  • Excellent organizational, follow-up and time management skills;
  • Professional demeanor;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
