Responsible for assisting the Designers in daily tasks relating to all design development functions and meeting calendar milestones. Supports efficient processes and communication flow between design, creative and production art, technical design, operations, merchandising and hubs for all issues regarding assigned product. Verbally present product ideas and details with clarity in small groups and team meetings .

Required Skills:

· Strong computer skills including

o Adobe Illustrator

o Adobe Photoshop preferred

• Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• FileMaker preferred
• Experience with PLM and 3D Design programs preferred
• Must be able to adapt to new computer systems as it relates to the job functions
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, both oral and written

• Strong knowledge of garment construction and garment design
• Ability to research and analyze industry trends
• Strong knowledge of textiles and trims. Emphasis on knit fabrics preferred

• Must be able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high pressure deadlines
