Associate Creative Director, Digital

Job Description: Primary duties consist of concepting, designing/art directing and presenting creative solutions generated individually and collaboratively. (Background must be in the Graphic Arts discipline.) The ACD will be the senior digital leader with 7+ years of focused digital experience, a great portfolio and fresh ideas. Must be ready and eager to step in and help manage a fast-paced, deadline driven, team environment. ACD will work closely with Creative Director, other ACDs, Project Managers, Engineers and Copywriters on global, national, regional and local brands. Looking for thoughtful, fresh and polished digital design samples along with a proactive desire to stay on the leading edge of this dynamic environment.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Generation of original creative ideas and conceptual thinking
• Graphic design and creation of original imagery/work, including: creative comps and finished solutions, concept development, typography treatments, visuals/image exploration and recommendations, and design of navigational symbols and icons
• Demonstrate solid understanding and application of UX and best practices
• Process/team management/leadership
• Lead brainstorms to generate and implement creative campaigns and storyboards
• Present work internally and to Clients
• Traditional creative work, when needed

Requirements: Minimum Requirements: · At least 7+ years of focused interactive experience in the field or in a related area · Strong interpersonal, communication, self-management and organizational skills· Proficiency required in Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver· Proficient knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap and other Responsive frameworks · Mobile application development and traditional media experience are a plus

Salary: $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 /year
