Assistant IT Technician

To support faculty, students and staff at both Loudoun Campus, Signal Hill and Reston Center. Position will be required to assist faculty, students, and staff with any computer problems, classroom AV issues and login credentials. Position will support students with laptop wireless setup and login credentials. Position will also assist with the administrative office at Loudoun Campus. (Serves the purpose of night hours at Loudoun Campus, Reston Center and Signal Hill.) Strong customer service; working knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OSX , Microsoft Office and computer hardware and printers. Flexibility and willingness to take on new projects, strong verbal skills and ability to communicate with faculty, students and staff , and assist IT staff with all desktop support tickets.

Minimum Qualifications

Proficiency with PC and Apple computers which includes computer hardware, software.

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma working towards an Associate Degree in IT
