ASP.NET/C# Web Developer

The Web Developer will work in a tightly knit team with a focus on agile development and innovative solutions, including Sitecore’s Web Experience Management system. Responsible for design, development and delivery of web-based technical solutions to meet business requirements. Participates in design projects from timeline development through delivery. Contributes to the design, development and enhancement of company’s web infrastructure. Provides technical assistance to web administrators, designers and business partners.

Job Responsibilities:

• Applies knowledge of programming techniques and computer internet systems.Educates clients about the similarities and differences between Internet communication and other forms of marketing and public relations efforts.
• Updates and expands information on website to attract repeat users.
• Assist in the development of web and mobile based applications and sites; utilize the latest programming lagnuages and emerging technologies.
• Maintain and develop company marketing web sites and applications/solutions through unique and strategic design and functinality.
• Interviews clients to help them clarify their goals for establishing a website.
• Designs or supervises design of digitized images, banners, bullets, charts, image maps and other graphics to enhance appearance of site.

• Will help with development of web and mobile based applications and sites, utilizing the latest programming languages and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 plus years of experience in Web Development or similar experience
• 2 plus years of hands-on coding experience in C#/.Net/MVC/SQL
• Bachelor’s Degree (four-year college or technical school) Preferred, Field of Study: Computer Science or related field
• ASP.Net MVC
• C#

• Hands on experience with Sitecore CMS.
• Must have the ability to work collaboratively, or independently, on assignments with minimal supervision.

• Some familiarity with design patterns & object oriented concepts
