Ceros is seeking a rock-star Art Director to own creative projects undertaken by our rapidly expanding Creative Services team.

The role

We are looking for a talented and ambitious interactive Art Director with the ability to design, communicate and execute world-class creative across digital mediums. You have the ability to be agile with your design, working across a broad range of clients, from B2C to B2B.

As Art Director, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects across our client accounts, as well as providing direction and leadership to our junior design team. Working with our internal creative services team, clients and account management, you will be actively involved and ultimately responsible for developing unique solutions that fulfill client briefs and consistently push creative boundaries.

This role will report to the Agency Director.

As Art Director you must have:

5–7 years of interactive design experience across a variety of digital media
Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Adobe After Effect, motion design a plus
Knowledge/understanding of basic web development
A strong working knowledge of the fundamentals—interaction design, user-centered experience design, brand development, digital marketing and the creative process
Experience leading and mentoring junior talent
Direct client interaction experience with the ability to build relationships, understand client vision/direction and present designs and concepts.
Strong communication skills working with the client and design team.
An ability to work under pressure
Excellent presentation and communication skills
An eagerness to learn and A ‘find a way’ attitude
The ability to own a project from conception, through execution and production
