A&R Rep Global Talent Scout

A&R (Artist and Repertoire) Representative and Global talent scout will identify, recruit, and assist with the brand development of talented musicians, recording artists, singers, rappers, actors, actresses on behalf of the firm. The A&R Rep will be required to successfully complete certification training and acquire certification.

A&R will be properly trained to interview the talent, assess brand and artist budget, and what talent needs to ascend to that next level in their career. The A&R/Global Talent scout will receive a high monthly residual commission from assigned management team, for recruiting talent and assisting management with logistics, account management, and act as a liaison on behalf of company.

This position requires a highly self motivated, goal oriented, entrepreneurial minded professional who is organized, loves to travel, loves music, film, and entertainment business overall. No experience necessary, just the desire to succeed in the entertainment field as an executive and help aspiring talent reach an exceptional level of achievement for their career.
