Design, analyze, develop, code, test, debug and document programming to satisfy business requirements. Develop and test mission-critical enterprise applications that meet the needs of the business. Integrate vendor functions into various applications and application environments. Provide high quality technology solutions that address business needs by developing break-fix solutions and enhancements for applications within new and mature technology environments. Collaborate with Operations and other support teams to continually enhance and improve ability to provide system availability.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field

Experience : minimum seven years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or seven years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in an applications developer-related occupation

Special skills: Experience must include: 1. performing mature design, coding, testing, deployment and support of large-scale distributed mission-critical applications; 2. using Java, J2EE technologies & Application Servers (preferably Weblogic); 3. applying Agile development methodology and Scrum; 4. using Oracle SQL to create stored procedures, triggers, and functions and working with data replication technologies; 5. working with Java web application & services frameworks – JSF, Struts, Spring MVC, RESTful API, IBatis, Hibernate,JAX-RS, JAX-WS, SOAP webservice and with Ext-JS, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS and Ajax; and 6. translating functional requirements into detailed software design and documentation, and utilizing version and revision control practices and procedures. 7. Experience in working with Single Sign On Authentication and Authorization tools will be a plus.
