Qualification Requirements for Contractor.

• Minimum Experience .

1) Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with technical and user staff;

2) Experience developing and maintaining database driven web-based applications;

3) Experience developing database driven applications in a Microsoft Visual Studio.Net environment with C#,

VB6, VB.NET, ASP, and Oracle 10g;

4) Experience using Microsoft SQL Server through 2008 and Oracle 10g;

5) Experience using object-oriented development techniques;

6) Experience using 3-tier logical/physical architected applications;

7) Experience using Microsoft Visual Source Safe and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
