*InnoWave* is looking for an *Appian Developer* to support our client’s Digital Transformation and IT System Consolidation journey, based in Denver, Colorado. We are increasing our project team in Denver and we want local, US based developers.

The program involves creating new or modifying existing business processes and customer experiences to meet changing business and market requirements. Additionally, the program also includes consolidating IT systems, obtained through multiple acquisitions, into fewer and more advanced systems.

The first phases target rebuilding the orchestration layer, a new low-code/no-code middleware layer, billing consolidation / simplification, and improving several customer experiences journeys.

You will act as onsite developer ensuring customer satisfaction. You are expected to ensure successful project completion and to maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.

*Responsibilities*

Design, develop, modify, integrate, test, deploy and support enterprise-level Appian based BPM applications

Translate business process requirements into Appian process model solutions

Support data gathering and analysis to facilitate risk mitigation and issue resolution

Support reporting requirements and gap analysis related to process improvements

Deliver projects in Agile methodologies

Develop and use library of reusable Appian components

Participate in design reviews and validate that the design follows the approved architecture

*Skills*

Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or in similar areas

Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in the similar roles

Work experience and knowledge in Appian – design and implementation of Business Process Management based solutions using Appian BPM software

Experience in business process modeling and integration with Appian BPM

Experience in Handling Appian Packaging and deployment

Certification in Appian is a plus

Good knowledge of C#, .NET and React is a nice to have

Knowledge in version control such as GIT

Good understanding and experience with Agile methodologies

Telecommunications experience is a nice to have

Excellent capacity to work autonomously or integrated in a team

Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Proactivity and ability to adapt in a context in which priorities often change

Developed sense of responsibility, oriented to customer solutions and associated improvements

Fluent in English – written and spoken (mandatory)
