Reporting to the Team Lead, Client Services, this position provides Tier II day-to-day support of the Conda Phosphate Operations. This position requires outstanding customer service skills, excellent communication skills both written and oral and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Key Tasks:Specific responsibilities will include:
Tier II support for personal computers, tablets, cellular devices, peripherals and video conferencing.

Deploy, configure and supports a variety of business software including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe professional suite, and SAP client GUI.

Support and configure cellular, wireless and remote data needs.

Troubleshoots and supports Cisco VOIP phone.

Remote troubleshooting.

Responsible for accurate data collection and tracking.

Recommending site specific IT solutions.

Qualifications:
5+ years of IT related experience.

College degree or IT related certification.

Experience with Windows 7, iOS, MS Office Suite and Active Directory.

Extensive experience with PC and peripherals.

Working knowledge of networking, servers and VPN.

Video conferencing Experience (Cisco Telepresence experience is preferred).

Knowledge of LogMeIn remote software is preferred.

Knowledge of SharePoint.

Knowledge of Citrix.

Experience with major Incident Management Systems (ServiceNow preferred).
