Detailed Description

What You’ll Be Working On-

·
Provide timely, accurate and actionable Unit Economics reporting and forecasting to Sr. Management

·
Create Profit & Loss pro forma scenarios based upon current events such as minimum wage increases, the Affordable Care Act, etc.

·
Responsible for creating and owning financial models that will both forecast results as well as evaluate restaurant performance

·
Function as a Business Intelligence power user serving as a critical resource in data assembly/analysis including maintaining and owning profitability dashboards

·
Assist other Field Treasury team members by gathering data and preparing reports for special projects as necessary

·
Evaluate the financial health of new and existing franchisees who are seeking development opportunities. Provide a written recommendation to the Franchising and Business Development departments

·
Work to locate and improve operational inefficiencies within current processes to enhance overall group effectiveness

·
Evaluate the financial health of new and existing vendors to mitigate contractual risk and promote supplier continuity. Provide a written recommendation to various departments

Job Requirements

What You’ll Need-

·
Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Finance, Economics, Marketing, and/or Research. MBA a plus

·
1-3
years’ experience in financial/sales/marketing analysis

·
Retail industry experience is a plus; Foodservice experience ideal

·
Strong communication skills; including presentations to senior management

·
Knowledge of functional aspects of systems preferred; examples include Oracle Business Intelligence,

·
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently to research, test hypotheses, arrive at conclusions and make recommendations

·
Ability to perform analysis of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, statements of cash flow), food and labor cost modeling, profitability assessment and return on investment models for capital investments, store level performance and unit economic analysis
