Role

The primary role
will be to support the Treasury Operations Department. Tasks center around bank account administration, bank fee analysis, Treasury initiated payments and providing support to Kraft Heinz Global Business Units. In addition, the Analyst will provide support to other Treasury Departments: Capital Markets, Benefit Investments, Foreign Exchange and Cash Management.

Key Components of the Role

• Bank Account Administration and Maintenance
• Position Daily Cash
• Bank Transactions such as executing funds transfers, running bank account reports to verify activity
• Bank user administration
• Bank Fee Analysis
• Benefit Investment Analysis
• Treasury Management System (TMS) administration
• Provide internal support to Kraft Heinz Business Partners
• Perform interim and YE SOX testing

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting/Finance
• Minimum of 2 years experience in functional area
• Strong computer skills with a minimum of 2 years working knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must be well organized and detailed orientated
