Job Description:

The Supply Chain Planning Group is responsible for 1) Leading the planning/forecasting processes for Supply Chain – Manufacturing, Procurement, Customer Service and Logistics, Quality, 2) developing Annual Operating Plan costs and monthly updated forecasts, 3) providing assessment of risks/opportunities and contingency plans and 4) developing standardized planning/forecasting processes.

Potential Experiences include:

• Financial Planning & Analysis – Gain a total company perspective while focusing on

planning and communication skills

• Category Finance –Deep dive into a brand to understand its products and the market

it competes in. Roles focus on business acumen and customer focus.

• Supply Chain Finance – In depth exposure to the procurement, manufacturing and

distribution of our products to understand the entire supply chain. These roles focus

on process excellence and decision making skills.

• Corporate Functions – Gain an understanding of the company’s accounting and

financial processes and internal controls. Provide key support to business units and all

functions. Roles focus on informing, planning and process improvement.
