Analyst – Commodities Trading – Entry Level

SUMMARY

The Analyst role is responsible for performing comprehensive evaluation and research within the trading group. This role will support our Crude, Crude Products and business development groups.

Strong candidates will be recent graduates from a four year university with a business, technical or economics degree.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering or Economics

demonstrated internship in energy sector is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) required.

Experience and strengths in accounting, financial modeling and analysis, company evaluation and valuation, business plan development, market/industry research and competitive analysis.

Detail oriented and ability to work in a team setting.

Ability to meet daily deadlines and perform tasks in a timely manner.

Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.

Ability to be a self-starter and resolve issues with minimal supervision.

Maintains a positive attitude and working environment through organization and communication.

Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects, prioritizes tasks, and exercise good judgment.
