Analyst

TD Securities is growing its Public Finance team and is seeking an analyst to support its banking team. TD Securities’ parent, the Toronto Dominion Bank Group, is one of the strongest banks in the world, and is also the parent of TD Bank, N.A. Ideal candidates will be self-driven; have a strong academic record; have the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects; and have some public finance experience. Candidates must be familiar with bond math and have experience with DBC, Excel, Bloomberg, and PowerPoint. Day-to-day responsibilities would include managing transactions; providing quantitative and administrative deal support; working with compliance to assure regulatory mandates are fulfilled; interacting with the desk to provide market-based solutions to issuers and other bankers; and assisting in responses to RFPs and

in the preparation of presentation materials. #LI-JH2

Job Requirements
Be a team player, be attentive to detail and well organized, and be able to work under pressure; have a Bachelor’s degree; have some Public Finance experience; hold or acquire necessary licensing within 6 months; have strong quantitative skills; have proficiency with DBC, Excel, Bloomberg, and PowerPoint; and possess strong verbal and written communication abilities. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and skill levels.
