Research Analyst

Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking an entry level Junior Research Analyst to be part of a team responsible for supporting West Capital Management’s investment process. Applicants must possess superior financial, analytical and technical skills, relentless intellectual curiosity and possess a drive to excel at the highest level. The Research Analyst will report to the Director of Research. This position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity for rapid advancement in our growing firm.

Responsibilities include:

• Running portfolio performance reporting software
• Maintaining information and reporting systems and databases
• Trading and trade system management
• Working closely with senior analysts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or engineering
• High Proficiency in Excel and VBA, Access and/or SQL
• 0-3 Years of Experience
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Superior analytical and financial skills
• Team-oriented seeking rigorous and challenging environment for career development
• Willingness to pursue CFA, preferred
