Airport Operations Representative II (Land Side/Terminal)

The salary for this position is $47,300 – $63,100

The Position
The Airport Operations Representative II (Landside) assists in managing the
airport’s day-to-day operations in accordance with Federal, State and Local
regulations and policies to ensure the safe and efficient movement of
passengers

Examples of Essential Duties
Responds to emergencies and coordinates their resolution while providing
updates to executive staff;
Performs daily checks of the airport’s terminals, concourses, parking lots,
curbsides, airport access roadways and other airport facilities;
Manages and coordinates passenger flow daily through the airport’s security
checkpoints;
Works extensively with the traveling public on a daily basis;
Prepares and presents various reports and documents including daily logs
and reports for incidents, complaints, maintenance requests and regulatory
compliance issues;
Assists with the management of several airport contracts;
Job requires working shift work to include weekends and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications
Graduated from an accredited college or university in Aviation
Administration, Aviation Management, Business/Public Administration or a
related field with a minimum of two (2) years progressively responsible
airport operations experience. This experience should include extensive
interaction with the general public.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Requires the possession of a valid Georgia driver’s license at the time
of employment.
