Job Title: Airline Accounting Clerk

We are currently seeking an Airline Accounting Clerk. Responsible for the reconciliation of all airline related transactions for Guest, Corporate and Crew travel, processed via the Travel Services department.

Essential Functions:

• Airline Credit Card, Barter & Rebate reconciliations
• InfoCommand/Revenue System Interface Reconciliation
• Airline Reporting Corporation reconciliation
• Airline ticket customer number maintenance
• General Ledger Account reconciliation
• Airline receivable reconciliation
• Daily exception report review

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree with a focus in a business discipline is preferred
• Up to 2 years’ experience in a related field
• Analytical & Auditing skills, verbal & written communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Oracle, and Hyperion
