Job Description

The resident Manager will assist the Owners who are based on the property with daily management functions and will also run the lodge in their absence when they are away. General Operational Knowledge of all departments is an advantage. The Owners are ideally seeking a young couple to assist them and commit for at least a year to 18 months. They do realize that this is a remote operation and would probably not suit most for more than this duration however if you would like to stay beyond this time frame, this is great. The couple must be self starters with the ability to be self motivated and driven and lead the team.

Qualifications

Relevant Hospitality Qualifications are an advantage.

Skills

Self Starters. Motivated and Driven. Happy to work in a remote island area. Previous experience working in Mozambique is a strong advantage. Great Guest Relations skills. Great work ethic but also flexible and able to fit in and work well with the team.
