Job Description:

• Learn speaker content, work hand in hand with celebrity clients
• Prospect, pitch, strategize and negotiate speaker contracts
• Maintain, update & expand database of potential leads, including cold calling
• Local Networking and travel potential
• Provide administrative support to one or more Senior Executives
• Oversee event contracts, itineraries and servicing from start to finish
• Other responsibilities as needed

Previous experience in B2B sales, Lobbying/Consulting, politics, event planning, speaker selection, or experience booking entertainment, and multilingualism are highly regarded but not required.

• 3+ years of proven inside sales experience
• Track record of over-achieving sales quotas
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and consistenly reprioritize
• Experience and working knowledge of the meeting industry and/or publishing industry a plus
