Job Description

Do you have a background in advertising? Are you looking to work for a HOT brand? We are actively seeking a tenacious Account Executive/Advertising Specialist who will be responsible for day-to-day tactical management of advertising. Main areas include assisting in General Market and Hispanic Market Advertising and leading additional out of scope projects. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in tv broadcasting, project management, and managing outside vendors/agencies. This opportunity offers a creative, fast paced work environment where you’ll be be working on a leading national brand.

Additional detaills:
Project Management

Day-to-day liaison with General Market and Hispanic advertising agencies

Proactively identify new projects and initiate action process with internal teams and/or agency partners

Review all creative work with internal team members to gain alignment

Drive timelines to ensure deliverables are met

Secure/review signed estimates for all projects

TV Production

Assist Program Leaders as needed in all:
General Market live action TV production logistics

Hispanic live action TV production logistics

Involved in all internal reviews and feedback on: scripts, storyboards, pre-production, casting, production bids, rough-cuts, final spots.

Manage production details for:
Franchisee/store logistics and negotiations when shooting in-store/on location

Ensuring food products meet company standards/specifications

Communication/arrangements for food and equipment needs on production

Lead National TV edits and production for all spike weeks, and other co-op edits as needed

Manage ACL to ensure all creative work and talent rights are held/re-negotiated as needed

Maintain/Manage Advertising Library project

Oversee all Holding Fees for Talent

Out of Scope Projects

Lead all projects outside of agency contract scope-of-work.

Retail/Store design creative assets

Recruiting creative assets

Ipad

Group Ordering/Lunch

Special Event partnerships

Invertising

Responsible for all internal advertising to franchisee system, “invertising”

Videos and all other materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field

Minimum 3 years of Marketing experience, Advertising experience a plus

Experience with TV broadcasting highly preferred

High level of personal initiative, self-driven, action and results oriented

Manage multiple teams both internal and external to the organization

Manage multiple projects simultaneously in quick turnaround timeframe

Strong communication skills
