Administrator – SAP

Position Summary:

The SAP/Global Artwork Administrator (SAP Administrator) is responsible for supporting the Commercialization Project Manager in the effective execution of product commercialization projects. This role will be supporting our EMEA territory.

Essential Job Functions:

• Execute against project plans and critical deadlines set forth by the Commercialization Project Manager

• Provide transparency, effective communication and coordination to enable execution and daily updates for:

• Assist the Project manager in generating data from SAP

• Packaging Item numbers for finished goods and raw materials

• Barcodes

• Recipe Set – Ups’

• BOM Set Up’s

• Issue NPW’s

• New Product Worksheet Tracker Daily Follow ups

• Artwork Proofing tracker

• Main contact list for all material vendors

• Maintain database for die lines

• Artwork creating of secondary packaging

• Artwork routing/proofing to material vendors

• Corrosion Testing Tracker Daily follow ups

• 3D Renders

Education/Training:

• High School diploma required

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
