Administrative Coordinator I – 61050775

This position is located within the Division of Technology of the Department of Administration. Under limited supervision, the incumbent will be responsible for the procurement and renewal of hardware and software products comprising the underlying DTO Mainframe and Datacenter Infrastructure. This includes management and upkeep of Sole Source documentation, obtaining necessary quotes, obtaining/verifying funding approval, the review of vendor contracts/proposals, and the creation of SRM within SAP.

Incumbent will also perform complex administrative duties to include fiscal management, personnel management, procurement, supply services, and auxiliary services. Plans, implements, and coordinates special projects or programs. Prepares detailed program reports. Assists with both high and low value asset tracking. Performs other duties as required.

Minimum and Additional Requirements:

A high school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or an approved equivalence by the Division of State Human Resources regulations.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: This position may require the incumbent to work from a remote location beyond the standard 37.5 hours/week and could include working nights, weekends, and holidays. Employee will be required to carry a State-issued laptop and cell phone for after hours contact. Position may also require overnight travel and on-call shifts. Incumbent may be required to work during emergency or hazardous weather situations.
