Administrative Assistant

OfficeTeam has partnered with a successful manufacturing company in search of a detail-oriented and personable Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting multiple departments including V.P. of Operations, V.P. of Sales, Supervisor of Production, and Customer Service Manager. Daily administrative functions of the Operations Assistant positions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Answering phones
  • Sending, receiving and sorting mail
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Write daily deposit slip
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and events

Additional tasks of the Administrative Assistant include processing EDI files, routing shipments, photocopying, updating work orders, using the Syspro system to update schedules, social media coverage, new account set ups, product testing, story building PowerPoint presentations, image updates, reviewing purchase orders, contacting suppliers, requesting quotes, updating MRP on daily basis on changes to forecast, ect.
