Accounts Receivable Representative

Marco is now hiring a full-time Accounts Receivable Representative to work in our St. Cloud, MN, Brainerd, MN or Sioux Falls, SD office.

Position Description:

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative is responsible for maintaining accounts receivable.

Main Responsibilities:

• Respond to internal and external client AR inquiries
• Investigate, reconcile and collect past due accounts
• Organize and prepare customer account applications for approval
• Process account corrections/adjustments
• Prints invoice daily and prepare client statements for mailing monthly
• Process and distribute aging reports to internal reps
• Assist with other accounting duties/projects, etc.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree (or equivalent) in accounting/finance or 2+ years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable or other Accounting role required
• Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as a MS Office applications and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills and customer service with internal and external clients
• Enthusiastic, dedicated to the challenge of helping other people
• Demonstrates attention to detail
• Strong ability to exercise independent judgment
• Self-starter with the ability to perform with little or no direct supervision
• Function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, client oriented team
